Theme parks lay a massive claim on Orlando, USA. The biggest and most popular parks are Disney World and Universal Studio, complete with their own tourist resorts, restaurants, golf courts and water parks.
Disney World opened its doors in 1971 and currently has four separate theme parks where it employs 62,000. The entire spread of the operation in Orlando is 65 square kilometers, where it has 33 different resorts.
The rivalry with Universal is fierce, and recently Disney has been losing relevance in favor of its direct competitor. The installations and attractions are newer and more modern than the ones at Disney, which appears to be living off the popularity it generated in the old days. In all, these are some of the most affordable resorts where you can enjoy some of that childhood nostalgia for the fair price of 100 dollars per night.
